British Tourist (20) Dies in Fall in Elevator Shaft at Turkish Hotel

A 20-year-old British tourist named Tyler Kerry from Wickford fell in an elevator shaft while on vacation with his family in Antalya. Unfortunately, he did not survive the fall. According to reports, Kerry unknowingly entered the elevator space after pressing the button. Upon the doors opening, he was unaware of the malfunction and fell several meters, losing consciousness.

His cousin, Alex Price, mentioned that Kerry had just emailed family members about how great his vacation was before the tragic incident occurred around 4:00 am, when he possibly intended to get some food. The family has set up a fundraiser to cover the costs of repatriating Kerry's body to the United Kingdom, with over five thousand euros raised so far. Price added, 'He was fully dedicated to his family and his girlfriend Molly. We are all devastated by this loss.'
