Bride marries hospital bed and dies a few days later

Only a few days after Marino closed the contract with the 21-year-old Joey Williams, she died from the effects of cancer. 'It was not the wedding of our dreams, but the one that made our dreams come true,' says Williams in The Mirror.

According to Williams, getting married was one of the things that the couple wanted to cross before Nina would die. Initially, the plan was to give each other the yes-word at the beginning of September in a church in Florida, but one day before the wedding Marino's medical condition seriously deteriorated.

The doctors believed that Nina had been removed from the dead for only a few hours. That is why the bride and groom invited 30 friends and family to the intensive care unit to win love under the watchful eye of their loved ones.
