- The appeal against Anders Breivik, the terrorist who in 2011, 77 people lost their lives spent in two attacks in Norway, on the strict regime that he goes to prison began Tuesday. He brought upon entering the courtroom again a Nazi salute.

The Norwegian state is appealing against the judgment of the court, which ruled in 2016 that the far-right killer entitled to more freedom in prison.

A judge ruled in April last year that violated the human rights of Breivik. Breivik is a lawsuit in prison 22 to 23 hours apart, straining for this reason.

He would often handcuffed and must be inspected naked. The Norwegian is responsible for two attacks in 2011 in Oslo and on the island of Utoya. He spent a total of 77 people dead.

Survivors were surprised that the court Breivik partly agreed with the case concerning his treatment in prison. Breivik himself spoke of 'tar menso income conditions.

Breivik was given 21 years in prison for an attack in Oslo and a massacre at a youth camp in Utoya in 2011. In total there were 77 deaths, mostly minors, in Breivik's massacre.
