Brain settles with Popcorn Time programmers

- Anti-piracy organization Brein has reached a settlement with two Dutch programmers who worked on a version of the illegal video streaming service Popcorn Time.

The developers shared their progress via GitHub, a site where programmers apps and the underlying programming code sharing. She also kept users informed of progress via online forum Reddit. The two are as Brein not part of the original Popcorn Time Team. This fell apart late October. The Dutch wanted to correct the project, which via the BitTorrent protocol movies can be streamed, revitalize. There they stopped doing so now. Part of the settlement is that they must pay a fine of € 2,000 per day they work on it yet again.
