Boy (14) strikes mother with child hard on bills

tilburg - A mother who rushed to Tilburg with her child on Sunday evening was hit hard by her boy. Surveillance agents saw it happening and knew the 14-year-old boy was able to quickly find out. They had a conversation with him and his parents.

At 21 o'clock the boy struck the woman on her buttocks in the Bishop Zwijsenstraat. The woman who saw the apparent shock of happening disappeared after the incident. The police are looking for her and she hopes she will report.
