buenos aires - The body of the late singer Liam Payne will be repatriated to the United Kingdom within 36 hours, his home country.
Payne passed away on October 16 at the age of 31. According to the Argentine police, the former One Direction singer jumped from his hotel balcony in Buenos Aires. It was previously reported that Payne had multiple drugs in his system, including cocaine, crack, and anxiety medication.
Geoff Payne, the artist's father, traveled to Argentina shortly after his son's death to identify the body. He visited the hotel where Liam died and the mortuary where his son is currently resting.
