- Blue Ghost spacecraft successfully lands on the Moon and captures high-resolution images of Earth, upcoming lunar eclipse, and sunset.

Blue Ghost Spacecraft's Mission to the Moon

Firefly Aerospace's Blue Ghost spacecraft, launched in collaboration with NASA in January, has landed on the Moon. The spacecraft has captured stunning images, including a selfie with Earth in the background. On March 14, it is expected to capture high-resolution images of a lunar eclipse where the Moon will block the Sun from Earth's perspective. Additionally, on March 16, it will record the sunset on the Moon. These images will provide valuable insights into how dust remains suspended in the air due to the Sun's influence and the formation of the mysterious glow on the lunar horizon documented by Apollo astronaut Eugene Cernan.
