- Tony Blair, former prime minister of Great Britain, is brooding on a plan to roll back the Brexit. He thinks that the British may again make their voices heard in a referendum.
According to Blair proponents of the 'leave campaign' lied to the British by stating that the Brexit generates a lot of money, which can then be invested in healthcare. That already proves to be untrue, he says in an interview with BBC Radio 4.
Blair is known for his critical attitude towards the Brexit. In April he already warned about the harmful consequences of leaving the EU. He then called for his country to remain within the European internal market after the Brexit. Something that May and her party did not want at the time.
