'Bill Cosby laughed and joked after conviction'

- Only a few moments after he heard Tuesday that he had been sentenced to three to ten years in prison for sexual abuse, Bill Cosby burst into laughter in court, reports Page Six.

After the lawsuit, Cosby had to hand over his wallet, his tie and watch to the authorities. While officers next went on to handcuff the 81-year-old convicted abuser on Tuesday, he brutally resumed his role as a comedian and joked with his team. Earlier during the trial, one of his accusers, supermodel Janice Dickinson, was almost expelled from the hall because she laughed aloud during a break in the process.
