- The prison sentence of Bill Cosby could just be better than one would think: he gets a special treatment in prison, reports TMZ. There are reasons for this.

Cosby's imprisonment for his conviction for rape may not be very lonely: because he is blind, he gets a prisoner who must accompany him during his daily routine in prison. If the further health of the eightyjare really bad, then he could even get a cell for people with special needs. In that case, his daily necessities are brought to him in the cell.

Sources say that, due to his age and the fact that it is his first time in prison, Cosby also gets help from one or more specialists who are trained to help the prisoners get used to the severe prison life in their first period. Cosby has been convicted of three crimes; every crime is up to ten years. The eighty-year-old can therefore face up to thirty years in prison, reasonably for the rest of his life.
