Belgium pays attention to attacks, EU leaders wear ribbon

In Brussels on 22 March 2016, 32 people died in two attacks, in the metro and at the airport. Exactly one year later, at Westminster Bridge in the British capital, five people were killed by a terrorist. He killed another agent shortly thereafter.
