brussels - The Belgian King Albert II does not hand over a DNA to determine whether he is the biological father of the artist Delphine Boël. The 84-year-old former head of state goes in cassation against the order...
In October the court ruled that Albert had to hand in a DNA sample within three months. Boël has been claiming for years that she is a daughter of him. Boël's mother Sybille de Selys Longchamps had a relationship with the monarch between 1966 and 1984.
