BBC journalist detained in North Korea

- A BBC correspondent Friday in North Korea and his team arrested because of his reporting and deported. That made the news Monday.

Rupert Wingfield-Hayes was at the airport in the capital Pyongyang arrested along with his producer and cameraman, when they wanted to leave the country. He was interrogated for eight hours and had to sign a statement.

According to a BBC colleague who was in Pyongyang, the authorities were dissatisfied with their reporting, which includes the life of the capital has been raised.
