' Attacks Paris carefully prepared '

- The terrorist attacks in Paris were carefully planned and executed by terrorists who were trained by military methods. The terrorists are the places where the attacks were committed previously visited.

This is contained in an internal document from the FBI, the US Department of Homeland Security and the National Center for Counterterrorism which CNN Tuesday message. The document advised to train local police on similar scenarios and to be alert for suspicious people who seem to study locations.

According to the American services there at the Bataclan concert hall, where terrorists hostage the audience, a mobile phone found containing a map of the complex. The phone was possibly used by the terrorists. On the phone were amongst encrypted data.

In the document, the services also reported that it is probable that attacks committed in Europe than in the US, to geographical and social reasons.
