- Atlético Madrid lodges a complaint with UEFA after encountering hot water issues in the Emirates dressing rooms before their Champions League match with Arsenal.

Atlético Madrid's Complaint Over Lack of Hot Water

Atlético Madrid has filed a complaint with UEFA regarding the absence of hot water in the Emirates dressing rooms during their training session ahead of the Champions League game against Arsenal.

Training Incident at Emirates Stadium

Before their match with Arsenal, Atlético trained at the stadium but found no hot water in the dressing rooms. As a result, they returned to their hotel to shower after practice. The issue was later resolved.

UEFA Complaint and Recent Performances

The club lodged a complaint with UEFA representatives present at the Emirates. Atlético Madrid faced Arsenal in the Champions League, with Arsenal winning their previous games and Atlético aiming to improve on their recent performance in the competition.

In LaLiga, Atlético is currently fourth in the table, showcasing strong performances at home but struggling on the road.

Previous Champions League Results

Last season, Atlético was eliminated in the Champions League last 16 by Real Madrid in a penalty shootout, while Arsenal reached the semifinals.
