At least 13 killed in fire at bar in Rouen

rouen - In a fire at a cafe in the French city of Rouen have been at least thirteen people dead. Also, six people have been seriously injured, reports the French newspaper Paris-Normandie Saturday.

Earlier it was reported that there had been an explosion. This is not the case according to the police. Local residents would have confused jumping from the windows, caused by the heat, with an explosion.
