hanoi - At least twelve people were killed in Vietnam after heavy rainfall from the tropical storm Toraji. Among them, a seven-year-old boy who was covered in stones after a wall of a restaurant collapsed.
The boy belonged to a group of local tourists who had traveled from the interior to the popular seaside resort. Rail lines were also flooded.
