wellington - Jacinda Ardern becomes New Zealand's new prime minister. The 37-year-old Labor leader will form a cabinet with a small nationalist party after the elections had not delivered a majority a month ago.
The charismatic Ardern took the leadership of Labor only in August and proved to be opposed to the eloquent winner of the election, the National Party. She will be the youngest premier ever from New Zealand. She formed a coalition with New Zealand First of Winston Peters after about a month.
