Arab preacher: Rape lies with women themselves

- Saudi predecessor Ahmed Bin Saad Al Qarni has called out the wrath of the internet over sight by a few tweets claiming that the cause of rape should be sought primarily by women.

The minister then responds to a video in which a woman walks in a cart with men. 'If he raped her, she will cry at home at home because she has thrown her self-esteem. 'Women should not blame the men,' he finds.
