In a rented home in the town of Farmington, Minnesota, Caycee Lynn Bregelin ran an animal shelter center. Bregelin, in his own words, caught up with neglected animals and then found a new home for the animals. More than 100 cats, a hamster and a pig were caught, writes Fox9.
