Agreement between EU and London on conditions of the brexit

brussels - The European Union and the United Kingdom have 'made sufficient progress' on the conditions of separation of the brexit. That paves the way for negotiations on the future trade relationship, said European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker in Brussels.

'Sufficient progress' on the London bill, the rights of EU citizens living in Britain and the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland are the conditions for the EU to enter the second phase.
