Afghanistan startled by earthquake

kabul - Afghanistan was shaken by an earthquake on Wednesday. The quake had a strength of 6.1 and the epicenter was in the Hindu Kush Mountains, about 270 kilometers and northeast of the Afghan capital Kabul. The shock was also felt in Pakistan.
The epicenter was very deep, 180 kilometers underground, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Center. There are as yet no reports of damage and victims.
