sint-niklaas - An ice cream shop in Sint-Niklaas in Belgium offers five hundred free ice-cream rolls and 200 euros for the tip that leads to the arrest of a bicycle thief.
A man who visited Cremerie Francois on Sunday evening can be seen on surveillance footage.
'He came in and left with our black e-bike from the brand Elby' the owner writes on Facebook.
