baghdad - Forty suspected supporters of the Islamic State have been sentenced to by Thursday in Baghdad. They would have been involved in a massacre by the terrorist movement. It is not clear what they were alleged to have committed. Seven defendants were acquitted.

IS took himself out in June 2014 that the movement was shot dead near the Iraqi city of Tikrit 1700 army recruits. Human rights organization Human Rights Watch estimated the actual number at 770.

The terrorist organization has published on the Internet images of the rows of soldiers who were shot. After the liberation of Tikrit discovered the authorities in April last year certainly fourteen mass graves for the victims of the massacre.
