- Find out when the January transfer window will close in the Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1 for the 2025 season.

2025 January Transfer Window Closing Dates Across Europe

The 2025 January transfer window closing dates for top European leagues are as follows:

  • Premier League: Closes on Monday, Feb. 3 at 11 p.m. GMT / 6 p.m. ET.
  • LaLiga: Closes on Monday, Feb. 3 at 11 p.m. GMT / 6 p.m. ET.
  • Serie A: Closes on Monday, Feb. 3 at 7 p.m. GMT / 2 p.m. ET.
  • Bundesliga: Closes on Monday, Feb. 3 at 5 p.m. GMT / midday ET.
  • Ligue 1: Closes on Monday, Feb. 3 at 10 p.m. GMT / 5 p.m. ET.

After the deadline, clubs can still sign free agents until Monday, Feb. 3 as long as the players are not attached to any club. Deals can also be made between leagues with different transfer window dates.

Additional transfer window dates include Australia (Jan. 16 to Feb. 12), Mexico (Jan. 2 to Feb. 2), Portugal (Jan. 2 to Feb. 4), Saudi Arabia (Jan. 1 to Jan. 31), and Turkey (Jan. 13 to Feb. 11).
