italy - A 17-year-old boy in Italy murdered a woman 'to know how it feels to kill someone.' The victim, a 42-year-old Romanian woman, was found dead in the garage of the boy's apartment complex in Viadana.

A 17-year-old boy in Italy killed a woman 'to know how it feels to kill someone.' The victim, a 42-year-old Romanian woman named Maria Campai, was met by the boy through a dating app. Allegedly, after a possible sexual encounter, the boy murdered Campai on September 19 in the garage of his apartment complex in Viadana, a village near Mantua in northern Italy.

After the murder, the suspect reportedly hid the woman's body in the garden of an abandoned villa nearby. The woman's sister reported her missing on September 20. The sister then traveled to Mantua herself and identified the boy as the man her sister was going to meet. Following confirmation by several witnesses and examination of surveillance footage, the police arrested the 17-year-old. The victim's body was discovered on Thursday.

According to the police, the suspect had practiced martial arts and had searched online multiple times for how to strangle someone before the murder. The local newspaper Gazzetta di Mantova reported that the boy confessed to investigators that he wanted to 'discover how it feels to kill someone.'

The 17-year-old is facing charges of murder and concealing a body.
