- German police holds a thirteen year old boy responsible for the death of a peer. For his own good, the juvenile suspect placed in a closed institution. In the German criminal suspects can under fourteen years not be prosecuted or tried.
The victim's body was found Monday in bushes in the village Bad Schmiedeberg (Sachsen-Anhalt). The boy, who had been missing since Sunday, appeared to have died by violence.
