quetta, pakistan - A tragic incident in a coal mine near Quetta, Pakistan, resulted in a collapse, trapping 12 individuals. Rescue teams have successfully recovered all 12 bodies from the site.

In a coal mine located 40 kilometers from Quetta, the capital of Baluchistan province in Pakistan, a collapse occurred due to a gas burst, leading to the death of 12 individuals. The rescue operation has been completed as all bodies have been retrieved from the mine. Mine Supervisor Abdul Ghani Baloch stated in a press conference today that the rescue efforts lasted for 60 hours, and the main entrance of the mine was sealed off after the explosion. Baloch mentioned that on the first day of the incident, 3 bodies were recovered, followed by 1 on the second day, and 8 today.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif expressed his sadness over the loss of lives, offering prayers for the souls of the deceased to rest in peace and extending his sympathy to the grieving families.
