Zwitser is the top collector of De kleine prins

A Swiss entrepreneur who is fascinated by the idealistic undertone of the modern literary fairy tale De kleine prins, has now collected more than 4500 copies.

Jean-Marc Probst (61) has, among other things, an expense the size of a fingernail that can only be read with a magnifying glass. Another copy has an ex libris of the revolutionary Che Guevara. His collection counts books in 350 languages and dialects, Probst told the Swiss news agency SDA.

He himself also encourages people to translate the book. For example, a publication was published in the Wayuu, a language spoken in the border area between Venezuela and Colombia. With this he wants to make the message of the French author Antoine de Saint-Exupéry accessible to people who have not yet been able to read the book in their own language.

The story from the year 1943 is about people who concentrate too much on superficialities and forget essential values.
