Cable company Ziggo does not include name, address and residence to hand over information about a user of anti-piracy foundation BREIN.

The media pirate software used to download files from the Usenet network. However, this particular program was to find through Google, which Brein stated that the user was guilty of facilitating copyright infringement.
However, the judge ruled that there was not necessarily here there is intent. The program was also taken offline after it was asked for.
Brain felt not quite beaten from the field. The foundation is pleased that the court in each case that if indeed there is intent, providers must provide name and address details. However, it is still deliberate on a possible appeal, let Brein said in a statement.
