Youngsters attack soldiers in Molenbeek

A group of young people Tuesday at a subway station in the notorious Brussels suburb of Molenbeek clashed with some military.

A spokesman for the Brussels transport company STIB confirms to the Flemish newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws that there are four forces were involved in the brawl. Policemen and railway police had to come to bear in order to relieve the soldiers. In addition blows were distributed with batons, one of the young people had minor injuries to the hospital. None of the soldiers was injured.

The injured youngster is the only one that stuck. The police hope to identify the hand of camera images more troublemakers and then pick up.
