Woman dies in clothing drop-off point

A 56-year-old woman from Mount Carmel, Pennylvania, was killed when she came to sit with her arm stuck in a clothing drop-off point.

It is still unclear why Judith Permar had put her left arm in the so-called 'drop-off box, but they probably had to do that climbed on a stool, reports Associated Press. When the stool collapsed she broke her arm and wrist and remained stuck in the hatch.

According to researchers, this must have happened around 02. 00 pm. Judith Permar was only found six hours later. The combination of her injuries and hypothermia, the woman became fatal.
