Wolf is gaining ground in Germany
The number of wolves that walks around the five hundred probably passed in Germany.
The wolf was from the mid-nineteenth centuries extinct about 150 years on German soil. After the fall of the Wall in 1989 began the animal with a march from the east. As conservation organizations numbered about four hundred animals in December 2015.
Except in the neighboring Netherlands Lower Saxony, the animal is now found in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Brandenburg. The federal states in northern Germany contiguous. Also in the Netherlands in recent years reports of wolves in the border like in Drenthe.
