WikiLeaks founder Assange loses business

The arrest warrant in England against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange remains in force.

'After weighing the pros and cons, I find that arrest is a proportionate reaction, although Assange has limited his own freedom for a number of years,' the judge said in her verdict.

In 2012, Assange broke the promises he had made when he was released on bail and fled the embassy. He had previously been arrested on suspicion of rape and sexual assault in Sweden. Sweden has now dropped the arrest warrant against the WikiLeaks leader, and according to his lawyers, Britain should do the same.

The British Public Prosecution Service states that Assange has violated the terms of his deposit and may therefore be arrested.
