White House does not meet North Korea

US Vice President Mike Pence says the White House remains hopeful about a planned summit with North Korea, but the country will under no circumstances make any concessions.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in is in Washington to talk with President Donald Trump about, among other things, the meeting with North Korea. Pence states that this meeting is not yet fully established: ' We remain open to it, we keep hope. But let me be clear: nothing will change the policy of the United States. No concessions have been made. ''
