Washington in arms against entry ban

Justice in Washington state is going to try the new travel ban proclaimed US President Trump Monday to get off the table.

The Advocate General in Washington state announced to refer the case to a federal court asking to have the earlier decision of the judge on the new travel ban in force. It is an attempt to delay the introduction of the admission in each case.

In the new version inhabitants of Iraq to the United States come in without objection. The holders of so-called green card, a residence permit for an indefinite period, may freely in the country. The ban concerns the inhabitants of Muslim countries Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Libya and Iran and is valid from March 16th.
