Virtual-reality glasses at first aid

Participants in first aid courses can now practice with virtual reality glasses so they are better prepared for emergency situations.

With these lifelike films, the Red Cross wants to ensure that the students can live well in this kind of situation and act accordingly. The glasses are being used for the first time during the world record attempt for the biggest first aid course, Saturday September 9th at the Dam in Amsterdam. Participants in the record attempt get the special glasses.

The relief organization seeks 2500 people to break the current record for the largest first aid course. That record now stands at 1795 participants.
