Venezuelan stuck for murdering 2 Dutch people

A Venezuelan is arrested in the Dominican Republic on suspicion of involvement in the murder of two Dutch people last year.

According to the police, he led a criminal group that is active in the Caribbean, South America and Europe. He was arrested in the Piantini district in Santa Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic.

The Dutch were killed 36 and 34. Their bodies were found in June last year in a burial pit on a sugar cane plantation in El Seibo in the east of the country. Presumably it was a settlement in the circuit of drug criminals.

The gang of the arrested Venezuelan is suspected of, among other things, kidnapping, drug trafficking and money laundering.
