Venezuelan authorities this week arrested four bakers who made illegal brownies, croissants and other delicacies.

The socialist president Nicolas Maduro wants to reduce the large deficits on necessities with the measure. He therefore sent troops and inspectors set out to inspect hundreds of bakeries in the capital Caracas.
