USA is importing aluminum researches

The US Department of Commerce announced Wednesday that it would begin investigating whether imports of aluminum from abroad could endanger national security.

President Donald Trump has already known by means of a decree to investigate whether imports of steel from countries like China threaten national security. According to the Minister of Trade Wilbur Ross, the investigations are similar. Ross said the investigation is necessary because of the high competitive pressure that imposes 'unfair' trade on the aluminum industry in the United States.

Trump said in his election campaign to encourage the domestic industry, including the US steel and aluminum sector. With the help of a law of 1962, the US government may impose import restrictions on national security.
