US special forces to Iraq and Syria

The United States will deploy a special force to assist Iraq in the fight against terror group Islamic State.

" These special forces will be able to make incursions over time, freeing hostages, intelligence gathering and IS leaders picking ", Carter said at a parliamentary committee.
