US provider may sell your browser history

American ISPs may soon likely sell the browser histories of their customers, and they do not need to ask permission.

The old rules were set by the Federal Communications Commission, the watchdog of the American government. The Senate has not only reversed those rules, but the FCC has also forbidden to ever enter strict privacy rules.

The new rule is not final yet. The House of Representatives must still vote, but also because the Republicans have a majority.
