US not surprised by North Korea missile test

The United States is not surprised by the missile test by North Korea held Sunday.

'We do not need to spend resources,' said a policy adviser to the White House on Sunday with Vice President Mike Pence traveling to South Korea. 'We are not surprised, we anticipated that. '

A few hours before the landing of Pence, North Korea shot a rocket. The rocket exploded within a few counties after launch, which is considered to be failure. What kind of rocket it was, is not known yet.

Pence traveled to Seoul to consult with the Acting President of South Korea, Hwang Kyo-ahn, the North Korean weapons programs. The US Navy has sent a unit with an aircraft carrier towards Korea.
