US governor embarrassed to racist photo

The Democratic governor of the US state of Virginia is embarrassed after a racist photo of him has surfaced.

On the photo is a man dressed as blackface, next to another person in the notorious white suit of the racist Ku Klux Klan. It is unclear which of the two is the governor. The photo, which was put online by the conservative website Big League Politics, was on a page with other photographs of Northam.
