Turkey arrests sympathizers Kurds

The Turkish authorities have arrested 24 people for spreading pro-Kurdish propaganda on social media.

The arrested people would have been guilty of spreading 'terrorist propaganda' for organizations such as PKK and the PYD. President Erdogan warned sympathizers of the Kurds not to go to the streets before.

The state press agency also reports that at least three old photographs are used on social media to discredit Turkish forces. For example, a picture on Twitter of a fire that raged in Kuwait in 2016 was reported. According to a twitterer it was a Turkish bombardment on civilians in Afrin.
