Trump late May in Sicily

The new US president Donald Trump takes the end of May in the economic summit of the G7 group in Sicily.

The G7 is 26 and May 27 meeting in the town of Taormina on the northeast coast of the Italian island. The G7 in 1975 arose from informal consultations on economic issues by Western leaders initially finance ministers and heads of central banks of six wealthy Western countries. Its members are Germany, France, Britain, Italy, Japan, the United States and Canada joined in 1976.

Trump, according to the White House opposite Gentiloni assured that he remains loyal to NATO, but he, like earlier in his election campaign, it is important that the NATO allies fairer divide up the costs of collective defense.
