Traffic noise escalates: shot unloaded

A traffic jam in Rotterdam was spelled out a lot on Monday.

Nobody got hurt by the shot. Several men were involved in the quarrel. The police arrested a 34-year-old Rotterdammer and is still looking for the others.

Why the occupants of two cars got exactly quarrel, is unclear.
