Toxic black snow blanket covered Siberia

There are reports of black snow from various Siberian cities.

It is not the first time that dark snow falls in the country. 'There is a lot of carbon in the air and it only becomes visible when it is snowing,' says Vladimir Slivyak from environmental organization Ecodefense to The Guardian.

There are a lot of toxic substances in carbon. Residents of the cities covered by a black blanket of snow are more likely to watch cancer or tuberculosis.
