Thousands commemorate the murdered Jewish in Paris

Thousands of people have commemorated the murdered Holocaust survivor Mireille Knoll on a march Wednesday in Paris.

The violent death of the 85-year-old Jewish woman has shocked France and caused global fuss. The police assume an anti-Semitic motive for the murder.

The woman was found dead Friday in her set fire in Paris. The umbrella organization of the Jewish institutions in France (Crif) had called for the commemoration march.

The police have arrested two men for the murder, including a neighbor.
