Third man involved in poisoning Skripal

Research collective Bellingcat says that a third suspect was involved in the poisoning of the Russian old double-spy Sergej Skripal and his daughter in Salisbury, England.

He came into the picture earlier at a poisoning case in Bulgaria in 2015, reports Bellingcat. According to the researchers, this case shows 'creepy agreements' with the Skripal case. Then it was the near-fatal poisoning of the Bulgarian businessman Emilian Gebrev, who supplied defense equipment to Ukraine.
